Return Policy
How can we help when you want to return a product?
Items shipped from daytoday.ae can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If 7 days have passed counting from the time of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Immediately call for customer service at 800 329 86 329 to help you out process your request for return. Once the item is received at our fulfilment centre, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-15 business days or sometimes more under some circumstances for the refund amount to show up in your bank account, depending on how long your bank will process the refund.
Also, be noticed that COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders will be refunded by providing Valid Bank Account details from your end only and not in cash, and be aware that the shipping charges are not refundable for any emirates.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
· Perishable goods such as, any kind of Fruits and Vegetables, also any type of food items whether packed or loose, if unsealed, opened and used can not be returned,
· Plants and Flowers cannot be returned.
· We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods,
· hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
· Intimate apparels
For Jewellery & Watches
If you selected Jewellery and watch items with a value of 100 AED or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return.
Grocery
Grocery items are not returnable if purchased in daytoday.ae.
Pet Products
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to daytoday.ae but may be refundable.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to Day To Day Hypermarket Store.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on how your bank will process the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first is to call your bank and check if there is a pending refund to be reflected into your account. Ask about their processing time before calling Day To Day Hypermarket Customer Service.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and meet criteria for return. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@daytoday.ae and/or call us at 800 329 86 329 (800-DAYTODAY) for more assistance.

Shipping
To return your product, first is to call us at 800 329 86 329 (800-DAYTODAY) to assist you in the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Tracking numbers are very important when it comes to processing your return or refund, this will enable us to find and resolve the request easily and smoothly, so make sure you have this number always, without this number may cause delay in the process.
Promotional Season/ Period
On some seasons, Daytoday will run some promotional campaign like free delivery for any of the emirates, During such a promotional campaign period, all the Exchanges & Return orders will be charged for the original delivery charge of 15 AED to 16 AED depending on the emirate.
Refund Policy For Cryptocurrency Payments
Any transactions through cryptocurrency that needs to be refunded will only be refunded with payable dirhams and not with cryptocurrency itself,
And the same policy of AED refund will be applicable.
